What You'll need
All you’ll need to start is something comfortable to wear (shorts, yoga pants, t-shirt) and maybe a water bottle.
What to Expect
When you arrive at our academy, you’ll be greeted at the front desk by one of our coaches who will ask you a few questions so that we can ensure we best meet your training needs.
We’ll show you around our facility and talk you through how we structure our classes.
Our Free Trial Classes are designed to give you the least-intimidating introduction to your chosen program because we recognise it can be a lot to take in at first!
During the class, you’ll be barefoot on the mats, but footwear is required off the mats (especially when using the restroom). This is to prevent any contamination on the mats.
We’re in Sparks, Nevada at 5931 South Los Altos Parkway, just off Vista Blvd, north of Mendive Middle School, and north of Safeway.
