SBG Sparks Gets Featured on Kolo 8’s Morning Break

Jayde Ryan recently came down to our gym to talk to Coaches Ray and Jason about SBG Sparks and what we have to offer.

They now want to serve the community by making this accessible to anyone and everyone, so that everyone can better defend themselves in whatever situation they may find themselves in.
